1. First open your document in spreadsheet and go to the tab above that says “VIEW” which is along “FILE-EDIT” and so, like the image below.

Click on “PAGE BREAK PREVIEW” which you will find under the “VIEW” tab.
Now you will see the automatic distribution of the sheet as well as page numbers and print ranges. The automatically created print ranges are indicated by dark blue lines, and the user-defined ones by light blue lines. The page breaks (line breaks and column breaks) are marked as black lines.
Move the print range lines as per your requirement and remember the specific page number(s) that you want to print.

If the print ranges are correct or if your done adjusting it, proceed and click “PRINT” under the “FILE” tab.

Now on these prompt screen which you can see after clicking the “PRINT” button, click on the OPTIONS button which is on the bottom left of the prompt screen.

Now in the OPTION menu tick/ click on “Print Only Selected Sheets” under Sheets as the below image shows and proceed to click the “OK” button.

Now we are back on the previous screen, and here we click/tick on the “PAGES” button below Print Range, inserting the page number of the specific page we want to Print. (Eg; 2 ) as for Page Number 2 and click the “OK” button to proceed with printing and your done.

*You may know your specific page number by clicking on PAGE BREAK PREVIEW under the VIEW tab.
*You may select multiple selected pages to print for instance page 13 to page 20 by inserting (eg;13-20) in the empty box next to PAGES in the Print Screen.
*As an addition just ensure that your printer status is READY.
